Software tools

ChlamyNET, a web-based tool for the exploration of a gene co-expression network representing the Chlamydomonas transcriptome under relevant physiolocial conditions. 2016
An Arabidopsis gene co-expression network enriched with physiological data from metabolic processes and the floral transition. 2014

Data

ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data sets generated in the study "H2A monoubiquitination in Arabidopsis thaliana is generally independent of LHP1 and PRC2 activity" are deposited in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession GSE89358.

The RNA-seq raw data generated in the study "The Arabidopsis Polycomb Repressive Complex 1 (PRC1) Components AtBMI1A, B, and C Impact Gene Networks throughout All Stages of Plant Development" are publicly available from the GEO database identified with accession number GSE83568.

The RNA-seq raw data generated in the study "An Evolutionarily Conserved DOF-CONSTANS Module Controls Plant Photoperiodic Signaling" are publicly available from the European Nucleotide Archive database identified with accession number PRJEB6682.

The microarray raw data generated in the study "Photoperiodic control of carbon distribution during the floral transition in Arabidopsis" are publicly available from ArrayExpress identified with accesion number E-MTAB-1078.

The Plant Development Unit (PDU) is a balanced mixture of researchers from the CSIC and the University of Seville that combines different approaches to study the molecular mechanism governing plant development. The main objective of the PDU is to understand the interplay of three key regulatory elements in plant development- environmental signaling pathways, metabolism and epigenetic gene regulation.
